Stockholm Fringe Festival (STOFF) is a five-day international multidisciplinary arts festival that provides a platform for local and international artists to present bold, innovative work—from theatre, dance and music to performance art, installations, spoken word, circus and everything in between.
We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers who love the arts, enjoy meeting new people, and want to be part of a vibrant, creative environment that never ceases to surprise and inspire.
This opportunity is perfect for anyone interested in experiencing cutting-edge performing arts, supporting artists from around the world, and becoming part of Stockholm's most adventurous arts festival.
What You'll Do
Volunteer roles vary depending on your interests and availability and may include:
Audience and visitor services
Venue coordination and front-of-house support
Administrative assistance
Artist hospitality and support
Transportation and logistics
Technical and production assistance
Festival setup and operations
Whatever your skills, there's a place for you at STOFF!
We're Looking For Someone Who
Enjoys working with live events and performances
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Is comfortable solving problems and making quick decisions
Communicates well with colleagues, artists, audiences and festival staff
Is positive, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team
Is available during the festival period (26 August–1 September)
Bonus points if you're interested in getting involved earlier and can help out on a flexible basis from mid-May onwards.

Practical Information
We're especially keen to hear from volunteers who can attend a few preparation meetings before the festival.
Ideally, you'll be available throughout the festival, but we ask for a minimum commitment of 3 volunteer shifts during the festival week.
